We assist people by offering both Medical Nutrition Therapy as well as Healthy Nutritional Advice (also referred to as Nutritional Consulting).

While education and guidance are key parts of our mission, your first visit is all about you. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your health and fitness goals, as well as any challenges or concerns you may have. Together, we’ll review your lifestyle habits, including nutrition, daily routines, social influences, and medical history.
This comprehensive assessment helps us identify the underlying factors affecting your health and nutrition, so we can begin developing a personalized plan tailored to your needs. We’ll work together to establish both short- and long-term goals that set the foundation for lasting success.
Initial Consultation: 60 minutes
Sessions are available in person or virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform.
Achieving your goals and creating lasting lifestyle changes require ongoing evaluation, support, and accountability. During follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss any obstacles you’re facing, and work together to overcome challenges that may be holding you back.
Each visit is an opportunity to refine your plan, strengthen healthy habits, and develop strategies that support long-term success. You’ll receive continued encouragement, practical resources, and personalized guidance — including meal ideas, recipe suggestions, and nutrition tips to help you stay on track.
Ongoing follow-up is key to achieving sustainable results and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Struggling to get started with consistent, healthy eating? Is a busy schedule making meal prep challenging? ProCare Nutrition can help! Our meal planning services provide ideas, strategies, and delicious, easy-to-follow plans to make healthy eating simple and enjoyable.
All weekly meal plans include detailed grocery lists, photos, and recipes, delivered directly to you. We also offer customized meal plans tailored to your preferences, dietary needs, or specific goals.
While meal plans are a helpful tool to jump-start your healthy eating journey, they are not required for success. Even if you deviate from a plan, the guidance and education you receive will empower you to make mindful, balanced choices in any situation.
